Wyke Green Golf Club is proud to host numerous open events throughout the calendar year. From our Ladies Open to our Middlesex Golf Order of Merit event, The Worman Sword. There is something for everyone.

The Worman Sword

Our flagship event. A 36 hole scratch open that is open to any golfer with a handicap of 8 or less. This event makes up part of the prestigious Middlesex County Golf Union Order of Merit.

Played on the last Saturday of May when our course is playing at its best and this is often reflected in some of the tremendous scores that we see.

2025 Worman Sword Details

• Date – 31st May 2025
• Entry fee of £60 per player which covers 36 holes of golf, a breakfast roll with tea or coffee upon arrival and lunch in between rounds.
